ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NIAT UMKM KOTA BATAM UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN FINTECH

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, government support, financial literacy, dan trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention to use. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel non probabilitas sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 300 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness atau persepsi kegunaan dapat memengaruhi perilaku intention to use. Perceived ease of use dinyatakan dapat memengaruhi behavioral intention of use, pengguna atau konsumen akan cenderung tertarik dan ingin menggunakan produk FinTech apabila produk tersebut lebih menarik dan mudah untuk digunakan. Government support dapat memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk niat pengguna dalam menggunakan FinTech dengan memberikan dukungan berupa infrastruktur teknologi atau insentif keuangan. Variabel financial literacy dibuktikan dapat berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention to use.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test whether perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, government support, financial literacy, and trust have an influence on behavioral intention to use. The research method used is quantitative with a non-probability sampling method. The number of samples used was 300 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research conducted testing with SPSS software. The results of the research show that the variable perceived usefulness can influence intention to use behavior. Perceived ease of use is stated to influence behavioral intention of use, users or consumers will tend to be interested and want to use FinTech products if the product is more attractive and easy to use. Government support can play an important role in shaping users' intentions to use FinTech by providing support in the form of technological infrastructure or financial incentives. The financial literacy variable has been proven to influence behavioral intention to use.
