Dampak Pandemi Covid 19 Terhadap Koperasi Di Kabupaten Kuningan

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the economy both nationally and internationally. Various business sectors experienced a slowdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the financial institutions which were affected by the presence of COVID-19 is financial institutions. In a crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the business activities of financial institutions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of financial institutions before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in Kuningan Regency. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. The Sample used was 51 financial institutions in Kuningan Regency. The results of the study showed that before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in financial institutions in Kuningan Regency experienced changes and even decreased the Asset and Turnover, whereas the workforce and Level of Cooperative Liquidity remain unchanged. In overcoming this problem the government must provide a stimulus in the form of policies or programs for financial institutions to remain consistent in carrying out their business activities to boost the economy and maintain the sustainability of the cooperative during the COVID-19 pandemic.
