Analisis Metode Antrian Untuk Mengoptimalkan Pelayanan Server Pertamax-Pertalite Pada SPBU 34.451.61 Waled Cirebon

Abstract


The problem in this study was the frequent occurrence of queues that quite a lot, so the customer took a long time to receive services provided by server pertamax-pertalite at SPBU 34.451.61 Waled Cirebon. The used method in this study was a qualitative method where the process of analysis is done by direct observation to the field, and the type of used data was a comparative descriptive of collecting variable values and comparing the time required consumers queued and served. This study used anlysis queuing system model Multiple Channel Queuing System (M / M / S). The results showed that the performance of employees in served the queue system at the SPBU 34.451.61 Waled Cirebon too busy, with the highest level of busyness was on Tuesday at 85.75%, and the average longest time spent on a single customer in the entire queue system For 79.51 seconds while the standard time of service set by the SPBU 34.451.61 Waled Cirebon for 40 seconds.
