PENERAPAN KANSEI DAN TOPSIS DALAM SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN

Abstract


AbstractPendekatan Kansei Engineering dapat diterapkan dalam mendukung proses pengambailan keputusan dalam memilih suatu produk yang diinginkan berdasarkan pada faktor emosi penggunanya. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana metode TOPSIS dibandingkan dengan metode multivariat untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pemilihan produk yang benar-benar secara emosional diinginkan oleh penggunanya agar penggunanya bisa merasakan kepuasan tentang keputusan yang diambilnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode tersebut bisa digunakan dengan hasil keputusan yang hampir sama.
