Kajian Sistem Informasi Geografis Kemiskinan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna : Studi kasus Provinsi DKI Jakarta

Abstract


Pada umumnya setiap Kabupaten/Kota telah memiliki data dan informasi terutama data dan informasi tentang kemiskinan.
Keterbatasan secara teknis baik sarana maupun prasarana dan sumberdaya menimbulkan banyak kendala dalam mengoptimalkan
pengelolaan data Kabupaten/Kota. Hal ini menyebabkan tidak tersedianya data Kabupaten/Kota yang terpadu, komprehensif dan
menyeluruh, tidak tersedianya data Kabupaten/Kota yang baku, yang dapat dipakai bersama serta kurang mampunya Sistem yang
ada berkomunikasi secara universal. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas Sistem Informasi Geografis kemiskinan terhadap
kepuasan pengguna. Dengan mengetahui kontribusi kepuasan kerja dan kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Saat ini
pembicaraan mengenai kepuasan pengguna selalu menjadi topik utama dalam berbagai media dan menjadi faktor utama yang harus
diperhatikan oleh para pembuat Sistem..Untuk itulah tesis ini dilakukan agar diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih lengkap lagi tentang
kepuasan pengguna yang diukur berdasarkan kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas produk.
Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode angket atau kuesioner. Subyek dalam penelitian ini
adalah pemerintah daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara
kualitas Sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sistem ini selanjutnya akan sangat bermanfaat untuk menunjang pengambilan
keputusan, Sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk program pengentasan kemiskinan.
