Pengaruh Penempatan Karyawan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Koperasi Peternak Garut Selatan

Abstract


Employee work performance within a company has a considerable influence in achieving and improving company performance, but getting optimal work performance from employees is not easy, because it requires a high awareness and sense of responsibility from the employees themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee placement on work performance at the South Garut Farmers Cooperative (KPGS) Cikajang Garut. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The samples in this study were all employees at KPGS Cikajang Garut, totaling 71 people. Based on the results of the research, the correlation test results showed that the placement of employees has a moderate effect on work performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.476 and a coefficient of determination of 22.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This shows that Employee Placement and Work Performance have a fairly close relationship.
