To support the sustainable operation of open-access publishing, English Review: Journal of English Education (ERJEE) charges a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) of: USD 175. This fee is applicable only upon final acceptance of the manuscript for publication.

What Does the APC Cover?

• Double-blind peer review management
• Manuscript copyediting and layout formatting
• DOI registration and digital publication
• Full-text hosting and long-term archiving
• Indexing and metadata dissemination

No Submission or Review Fee

There is no charge for initial submission or peer review. The APC is billed only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Waivers and Discounts

ERJEE may consider partial waivers for authors from low-income countries or for special issues funded by academic partnerships or grants. Requests for waivers must be made at the time of submission and will not affect the editorial or peer review process.

Payment Process

Details regarding payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author along with the acceptance notification. Payment must be completed before the article proceeds to final publication.

Refund Policy

APCs are non-refundable once the article has entered the production stage unless an error occurs on the part of the journal (e.g., accidental duplication, editorial withdrawal).
