English Review: Journal of English Education (ERJEE) is an open-access academic journal committed to providing free and unrestricted access to scholarly research in English education, linguistics, applied linguistics, and literature. To maintain the integrity and independence of the journal, ERJEE discloses the following revenue and advertising policies:

1. Revenue Sources

ERJEE operates under a non-profit model and is supported by the following sources:

  • Institutional Support: Financial and administrative backing from Universitas Kuningan which covers editorial operations, website maintenance, and digital infrastructure.
  • Editorial Volunteerism: The editorial board, reviewers, and technical team contribute their time and expertise on a voluntary basis.
  • In-Kind Contributions: Resources such as journal hosting (e.g., Open Journal Systems), design, and software tools may be provided by academic or institutional partners.

2. Advertising Policy

ERJEE currently does not accept commercial advertisements on its website, within published articles, or in any associated media. This policy helps maintain academic independence, editorial objectivity, and freedom from commercial influence.

If ERJEE considers limited educational or institutional promotion in the future, such content will be:

  • Clearly separated from scholarly content
  • Relevant to the journal’s academic scope
  • Free from conflict of interest or editorial bias
  • Reviewed and approved by the editorial board

3. Independence and Ethics

All editorial decisions are made independently of financial or institutional influence. ERJEE is committed to transparency, ethical publishing, and serving the academic community without commercial pressure.
